Fun to watch, and the stories where pretty funny too, like the one with Tim Burton and the Prince one. Anyone else see it?

Ya, The Tim Burton story was the funniest, even though I've heard him tell it on like 3 different things, its still gets funnier every time I hear it.

I like An Evening With Kevin Smith better than most of his movies :(

Clerks is the only movie of his I ever want to watch repeatedly. The rest of them were either "just ok" or they made me wish I hadn't seen them to begin with (ie: Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back)

most of my friends tell me how great chasing amy and dogma are, and I want to punch their balls off.

Chasing Amy was great, but I do agree Dogma was pretty weak. J&SBSB is still the worst movie ever.

I almost agree with you :(

I'll check out Jersey Girl just for the sake of checking it out. I won't go in expecting anything though :/

I loved clerks

Mallrats was good for a couple of laughs

Chasing Amy was somewhat intresting

Dogma was Blah

I stopped watching J&SSB after Will Ferrel walked in, it was too fucking stupid.

Kevin Smith Movies are for kids who wish they weren't in high school or adults who wish they were still in high school.

Clerks is a good movie, if you can ignore the pretentious vocabulary word shtick it has going for it (and I can). Mallrats and Chasing Amy I can enjoy out of pure nostalgia; I loved them in high school. Dogma I read the script for and loved. I saw the movie and really didn't like it. The Clerks Cartoon was pretty great, I thought, 2 episodes were pretty poor, but the other 4 were fantastic. Jay & Silent Bob was so awful, and it officially made me not want to call myself a Kevin Smith fan.

Whoever said Kevin Smith could write for Dawsons Creek and blend in perfectly was right, but I have to say that I think Dawsons Creek is oddly likable.

Clerks, and an Evening With Kevin Smith are my favorites. I like the prince and when he met his wife stories.

The only thing I didn't like about clerks was the long philosophical conversations they'd have with eachother and customers. That never happens in real life. Then again that's kind of the case for every Kevin Smith movie :/

I loved Clerks. Mallrats wasn't really that funny, it was just a lot of fun to watch. Chasing Amy was great. I think I'm the only person who liked Dogma :(. The Clerks cartoon was pretty funny, and I wish it wasn't cancelled >:. And I have no comment on J&SBSB.

I remeber once my Dad took me to the store where they filmed Clerks. Good times. Chasing Amy and Dogma were also filmed in the town my Mom works, about 10 miles away. They have their own comic store there, and lots of autographed memorabilia. :)

I feel the exact same way.
I did like Dogma, I think people are too hard on it, Clerks was the best thing he made, Mallrats was ok and I liked the first half of Chasing Amy. Jay and Silent Bob Strike back was so bad it embarrased me.

I liked the Clerks cartoon quite a bit, too.

Yeah, the commentary on the clerks animated series dvd is hysterical. I'm looking foward to the Clerks animated movie. I hope to god it doesn't suck :(
