Its a side scroller beat em up. Its kind of funny too. When you beat lvl 1 you get the power to slow down time which is the best part. Everything happens in slow motion and you do super damage.

Yeah, I played the demo, and the slow down part owns. I couldnt get pass the last boss in the demo, untill I saw one kid dodge the bullets using the slow down. :o

I just beat Viewtiful Joe on Kids mode. For such a hyped game, it's kinda short, but fun none the less. Now it's time to go to Adult mode!

How long was it? Like three hours?

No. I just chose kids first. Well it's 7 episodes (worlds) with a bunch of mini-bosses and insane bosses. I think it COULD be beaten within a 3 hour range, if you're fast enough, though your ranking may be poor (or good) on how you fight.

Yes it is a side scroller, but done in 3-d cel-cshaded graphics, which kick ass BTW.

The game is short, but long at the same time. It's 7 long levels, and it gets better with each difficulty.

It is on Adult. Maybe I am too good for this game. :( Some parts are hard though, like on Soul Calibur. It goes for a while without being hard, and then it gets hard, and you have to try like 3 times to beat it. This game is fucking awesome. :(

How do I break the crates in the background?

[Drev]

Mach speed and attack an enemy while the box is on screen. If there are no enemies, use a shocking pink bomb and atack with with Mach Speed like if it was an enemy, and it'll create a copy of you that will attack the box in the background. Also, to break them faster, buy the Mach Speed upgrades at the Power-Up shop.

Viewtiful! I got the game a day before it came out, my friend works at Gamestop, and loaned me a copy. Didn't findout until a week later that it was my birthday gift.

I got stuck on Mr. Lion Flame boy on Adult, tried to beat him twice. died, switched to KOTOR.

I actually find Fire Leo easy when you break the flame. Other than that, he's hard. I haven't played V-Rate dmode, but I heard he's twice as fast and does more damage.

What can I say? It's like you're in a movie and a manga at the same time. I didn't play Kids mode to start. Of course, I'm playing it, FFTA, and several other games at once so I haven't beaten it yet. But it's a task, a task with many rewards and (to coin a phrase) Viewtiful Moments. I enjoy how the game basically makes fun of itself at many points. Slow down is indeed the most used power, as Mach Speed leaves you rather vulnerable and doesn't let you hurt the bigger badder jackasses, unless you use Zoom In. I love how you can combine the different VFX for different moves, and I love the weapons. Voomerang is the one I use all the time. Hit it in slow mo and the thing gets HUGE.
Bosses are insane, wait till you hit Fire Leo. I'm still working on that sonofaflamingbitch...lion...cat...thing. Yah. Also, nothing more fun than bonking your opponents missiles or bullets right back at them!
