Did you ever hear of a movie... but that was it? It never got off the ground, or maybe it did, but you never knew.

There was one movie that sounded mildly interesting to me. It was called The Body, and it was about an archaeologist who uncovers the remains of Jesus Christ, proving he never rose from the dead, and proving the Christian religion as false. However, the Church intends to silence him before this newfound revelation can be shared with the world.

I think it was supposed to star Antonio Banderas.

Wouldn't be that odd if it was cancelled as soon as the Church heard about it. Fuck, we are talking about assholes who say condoms spreads AIDS.

apparently it's out on dvd, but ya the same here, it looked interesting but then I never heard anything about it, I had completely forgotten about it untill u brought it up.

Another one was Super Dave, when i first heard about it in like 1997, it sounded great cuz i grew up on the cartoon, it was supposed to come out that summer, then I didn't hear about it untill like a month ago when I saw it in the 5.88 bin at Wal-Mart.

When I saw X-Men 2 there was an ad for a movie about two siamese twins or something.

Never heard about it since.

Super Dave? As in the guy that did all the stunts and puppet versions of him got horribly mangled and maimed?

Clerk 2, i heard it was gonna be animated and that. But i think Kevin Smith isn't gonna be in showbusiness after Jersey Girl is released.

I saw a preview for a civil war type of movie a while ago. I know it wasn't Gods and Generals, but it looked really good to me. It was so long ago I can't even remember the title. :(

Interesting. I searched on IMDB, but didn't see anything about The Body, so I didn't think it got made. Now I mention it, and it's going to be on HBO at 4 today.

There was another siamese twin film where it was thier birthday and they got a hooker.
