I think that's just what passes for being cute with him. I think he was trying to be humerous. And I certainly woouldn't want to hamper his free speech, becuase when he says stuff like this it just confirms how little difference their is between religous fanatics... But couldn't the government just for once take him seriously and charge him with making terrorist threats? Just for the entertainment value?

What a lunatic. But since he's a rich white guy, and is no doubt a big contributor to Bush's campaign, he'll get a slap on the wrist, whereas, if you or I said something like that, we'd be sitting in a cell without access to the outside world.

Although I do agree with his assertion that our foreign policy is a clusterfuck, there are really better ways to convey the idea.
