I liked the game. I had a subscription to Nintendo Power and they would give free bonus cards away, then I would sell them for like, $20 (final price, not starting) on Ebay. So I liked the cards as a cash device...

Yeah, back when it first came out, I bought the games and watched the show like everyone else. I never bought the cards, though, because I never understood how to play the fuckin' game. Still, I would always carry around a few of my sister's cards just so I wouldn't look like a totale loser. I played against some other guys in the game a few times, but I always lost, mostly becuase I didn't cheat and didn't raise my pokemon's levels up to their fuckin' 80's. >:

In fact, when I was first playing through it, what I would do is choose Charizard, then use him for the whole game. No kidding. I beat Misty and her pokemon be using Slash. That move was so fuckin' overpowerd that I could easily kill just about any pokemon by using it once or twice. But to build a decent team, I would use Atricuno and Zapdoes too. They kicked ass.It wasn't untill a few years ago that I started playing it "normally".

He also likes sailor moon so much he bought bedsheets and all the accessories for the little cheap shitty dolls. In DBZ, it takes a while for for the fights to begin and end. In pokegay, the battles (ugh, what the hell is wrong with me, calling those BATTLES?) they only take five seconds. I love how Ultra Perfect Cell won't accept reason at all. He thinks that because something isn't mature, and it doesn't have foul language and the use of the dreaded "MIDDLE FUCKING FINGER," it isn't that interesting. Maybe people don't like to think about killing everything, and maybe they prefer to leave murder and shit out of stuff. Why do you think old games like Mario are better than most new games? Because it didn't have a giant complex storyline where you have to kill everyone, it was light hearted and fun, rather that morose and complex.

Now, that was my rant, don't ask me why I care, I don't even like Pokemon. I did back in fifth grade, but, hey, a lot of people did. But you should accept that some people like light-hearted things and like things simple.
