I want the A-Team on DVD, goddammit at LEAST the first season.

And the second season of the Larry Sanders Show, with the rest of them following.

I don't know why those shows just happen to be on my mind right now.

List yours.

MST3K is still being released. But if you were really smart you'd simply download the episodes off the net or wait a year for when they start putting out DVD versions you can burn in your own drive instead of those shitty 700mb VCD ones they have on eDonkey.

I agree with pretty much everyone's hopes and dreams, but one thing I'd kind of like to see on DVD are the old Disney cartoons. Especially "Darkwing Duck". I'm probably alone in thinking this, but that was one of the best shows EVER.

"Ducktales" is one of the greatest TV shows of our time. I just happen to like "Darkwing Duck" a little bit more...

However, the episodes of "Darkwing Duck" with Gizmo Duck were awesome.

EDIT: And where the hell is the Ducktales Movie on DVD? They're releasing every other one of their movies on DVD, I want my "Tale of the Lost Lamp"!

Gummy Bears rocked HARD until the later seasons. If it's the gayest show you ever watched, you obviously never caught an episode of "Kissyfur." That show sucked.

I remember I couldn't wait to see the episode after the cliffhanger where Sledge Hammer blew up the entire city, and then they just went back in time and renamed the show Sledge Hammer: The Early Years. It really pissed me off. And now my friends and I are doing the same thing to be able to continue a series of Cops parody sketches after we killed off the main character.

The episode where Hammer turned into a cyborg was my favourite, I remember.

Mockery
Oct 31st, 2003, 11:27 AM
There's a few VHS tapes of Sledge Hammer episodes out there, but there's no "complete seasons" or anything unless you find them bootlegged. It really needs to be put out on DVD. Any show that has a guy who showers with his gun is grade-A entertainment in my book.

PonchtheJedi

Sledge Hammer was the show with the guy with the big ass revolver and the blonde partner, right? I remember watching a show like that when I was a kid. All I remember is a really cornball cop show....I'm guessing it was Sledge Hammer.

What about the Critic? That show was pretty good, even though some of the movie-specific humor becomes rather dated. Personally, though, I would have rather seen "The Critic"'s version of Jurassic Park II thant "The Lost World".

They did release several episodes of the Super Mario Brothers Super Show a little while back, but it didn't get a very wide release, and the DVDs didn't have that many episodes on them (I think there was a total of six episodes or something). I'll try to find you a link about it, if you like. A wider release of the show would be nice, though.

I always liked Freakazoid, and have heard nothing about it being on DVD... that would be nice. Perhaps Pinky and the Brain as well. I've heard and read nothing about either being released, so don't bitch me out for being "out of the loop", please.

Whoever suggested Boy Meets World, I agree. Well, mainly because there's 2 or 3 episodes I'm trying desperately to get a hold of *kicks self for being so stupid that I didn't tape them when they were on TV not that long ago*......Sabrina the Teenage Witch should be too, same reason. (Man, I'm pathetic. I'd buy an entire DVD set of Sabrina just to get the episode with Davy Jones on it...)

The show *I* wanted most has been released on DVD. ^_^ The second season of it being released Tuesday....*begins counting down the hours*

I only wish the Monty Python dvd set weren't so bloody expensive!! I can handle the Monkees' dvd sets being about 80 bucks a pop, but......300 is a bit much, I think, even if it IS the entire series...

If I may, you might be able to catch those on the Disney Channel if you have it. One of their big things is "Boy Meets World" reruns.

They had the episodes on a couple months ago that I wanted (well, 2 of the 3 anyway), but naturally, I was totally out of blank tapes at the time so I wasn't able to tape them. >: Naturally, now that I've got TONS of blank tapes, they probably won't be on again for ages. *sigh* I think I might know somewhere to look where someone is bound to have a copy of those (or at least one of them), but can't be sure as there's only 300 members on that board. But it's worth a shot though.

I really want Seinfeld. :(

According to TV Shows On DVD (http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=923), all of them except Jerry want no part in the making of the DVD, so they're putting it off until they get a good set with many extras and commentaries. >:

Fuck that. I just want the episodes. With Seinfeld, I don't care. >:
