new season of Home Movies?

im pretty sure there are people on this site that like this show.
it used to be on upn, i dont think it is anymore, but is now on artoon network, so its popular now.
iv heard rumar that they are going to start to show the forth season the second sunday in november.
i havent heard anything offecial, even for cartoon network, or adult swim, so id like to hear offical word before i get my hopes up.
anyone know anything?

I never really liked Home Movies but yet I watched it all the time.

Haven't heard anything about a new season but theres all new Halloween episodes of adult swim on sunday the 26th.

And thier bringing the first season of Aqua Teen Hunger Force to dvd on November 18th. So hopefully all the other badass shows will follow.

It's probably a ratings thing. From what I know, Oblongs gets about 600,000+ viewers a night which makes me wonder who the fuck watches this show. Also, I think Cartoon Network is trying to promote Will Farrel's new movie Elf by reruning the Oblongs. It appears that Cartoon Network doesn't care about showing good shows anymore :( .

Pffft, i still love CN. At least they imported some anime. The quality of said anime is not in question. The point is that they're trying. I love them for resurrecting old and cancelled cartoons, too. I really hope they get Stressed Eric, that was another squigglevision one. I think. O .o

I have a brilliant idea. Why don't we set aside a day for Adult Swim Anime programs, and another day for Adult Swim Comedy programs, since combining them is like mixing oil and water. We can put all the anime on Saturday from like, 10:00-1:00, and put all the comedy on Sunday from 10:00-2:00.

Home movies is better than both, definitely, but they are all good.

The only things I really dont like on Adult Swim are the Anime shows, that stupid show with the hippy girl and the dude that looks like proto, and ripping friends.

I can back the Oblongs. I was never bored watching it, same goes for Mission Hill. But for fuck's sake, CN should never curse us with Baby Blues ever fucking again. Seriously, I remember the beginning of this year when they were going to start airing it again and the next week it was completely gone.

But as for Home Movies, I could stand another season. It's not bad as much as it's neglected. And anime should be separated from comedy, no qualms about it.

In fact here is my ratings

1.SGC2C - best show.
2. Home Movies - excellent.
3. Aqua Teen Hunger Force - I could never get into it the first few times I watched it.
4. Sealab 2021 - after the first season hit or miss.
5. The Brak show - pretty good but it is no cartoon planet
6. Mission hill - good
7. ripping friends - ok but not really my think
8. oblongs - sucks
9. baby blues -really sucks

2,3,4 are very closely ranked.

With the exception of Space Ghost and ATHF, I think the Adult Swim shows have been inconsistent. Brak is really good half the time, and the other half of the time is just fucking awful. Sealab was great for the first 14 episodes, with only like one or two exceptions, but then it started shitting out some bad one's. The Legend of Baggy Pants was too terrible to be ignored.
