Really if you think about it, he probably has already lost feeling at some point below the naval or is already in excruciating pain caused by the trauma and nerve damage that results from having your legs amputated. Thus kicking him in the nuts wouldn't harm him any more than already being a legless man.

How is this going to go down? Is it going to be standing armless guy vs legless guy in a wheelchair? Or is it going to be a cage style match, with legless guy crawling around like a zombie from Resident Evil? Are weapons allowed?

These are the questions that need to be answered.

If weapons are allowed, legless guy wins.

If it's just fighting, armless guy has to win unless legless guy some how puts him in some sort of submission. But you'd think armless guy would just stomp legless guy's brains out.

Depends on the amputation or genetic mutation. Often legless people still have amorphous legs. Many wear trunk padding.

How do you think that the legless guy could tackle the armless guy? He's missing half of his body for chris sakes! If you think he could just grab the armless guy's legs and pull hard, you're mistaken. Lacking half of your body also means that you're lacking a huge amount of weight, which is needed to keep your body still.

So basically the legless guy would grab the armless guy's legs, pull with force, which would only cause his body to move towards armless guy. Armless guy would end the match with a joyful head stomp. >:
