Since I plan on buying this for Wii because it's the only next-gen I have, I've been racking my brain on what to do with my current wireless guitar I payed 80 bucks for only last year. I guess I could hang on to it all in case I get an itch to play GHII for some reason, but I don't really know. Help me out here.

HELL FUCKING NO!!!

Its not worth $50 and it only has 30 songs, thers no bonus songs, and the only thing thats changed (aside from some colors and songs (duh) ) Were the characters looks.

hmmmm thats kinda sad. Reminds me of the problem DDR had. In the begining it was okay. Then it was awesome. Then they release a bunch of shity expansions that ruined the game. I hope this doesnt happen to GH :(

I got this game (the Wii version) for Christmas, along with three other games. Though it's kind of silly getting Wii games when you don't have a Wii (stupid shortage.)

Though I did get to play the 360 version, and expectedly sucked at it. I'd have to say so far Paint It Black is my favorite of all the songs I've heard. I'm also kind of disappointed Freebird isn't on there (though I doubt I'd be able to play that long-ass guitar solo.)

no, I think it was one of the easiest songs in the game. It was just long.


Anyway I got the ps2 GH3 so id have 2 guitar controllers, pretty nice. they have this guy "Elvis Budroy" whos a fat elvis (I think, I've only seen his store sillouhette) to replace Eddie Knox. Its a damn shame that they only had 2 star guitarists in it but they have BRET MICHEALS. A SINGER. FROM A HAIR METAL BAND. WHO DOES REALITY SHOWS. WTF:confused:.


They should have had more battles with I dont know, Angus Young, Buckethead, or some other famous/really good guitarists. Had good looking charectars, stages, guitars, and cut scenes along with a really good setlist for the most part though.

I will tell you though that the PS2 version has REALLY SHITTY GRAPHICS OTHER THAN THE MENU, GUITARIST, AND GUITAR.

And Free Bird is NOT the easiest in the game. It's easy on the easiest setting maybe. I haven't beaten it on Expert, and I've beaten a large amount of them on expert in GH2.

Is it odd to find the band's lack of outfit coordination hilarious? (at least in Freeplay mode, since I haven't played anything else.) It's just silly when your band's made up of a teeny bopper, a guy in KISS makeup, and a guy in a Zildjian (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) shirt with Cousin It sitting on his head.

Yea the only guitarists that fit the band are Johnny napalm in his vest outfit ( looks less like an 80's punk more like a garage rocker or classic punk) or axel steel.

Midori in my opinion does not fit the entire game.
