YES the predator is killing people indiscriminately (to prevent the aliens from increasing population)

Well Aliens lose thier scary factor when they are constantly seen, but the predator becomes unseen so :love

finally.. this looks like it may live up to the franchise.

the part in the trailer where the guy is getting attacked by an alien and the predator splits it in half, spilling it's acid blood on the guy redeems the first movie a tad. :rock
