I've been on a huge pagan "metal" kick for the past month or two. I think it's all about the changing of the seasons and autumn coming and all that. The death of the year type of thing.

If it's moody, depressing, atmospheric, and ambient I'm probably into it, or will be after a listen or two LOL

Lately I've been listening to Agalloch, Burzum, Amon Amarth, and Opeth to name a few. Around Halloween I also pop in Midnight Syndicate for "mood music" :)

I have at least one album from all of them on here. Right now I'm listening to Houses of the Holy.

I use my iPod exclusively for the following since I still buy CDs and vinyl.

- Mashups
- TV Themes
- One Hit Wonders
- Out of print albums, that are overpriced used.
- Unreleased stuff (Demos/Rarities/live bootlegs)
- Themed mixes I compile (as random a topic you can think of)
- I also like to find everything of a certain artists or band that I'm a casual fan of and consolidate each album for the tracks I enjoy.
