Feel free to take any interpretation of this word as you please. This is art shit, so please try to keep it to artistic forms, though since there are no events like this for the music forum, I'm accepting music as well.

Artists of all levels are welcome in these events! Feel free to draw, paint, digitally create, photomanip (don't use copyrighted images please), or otherwise artistically create your interpretation of the topic!
Topics will typically start every Sunday night, as long as I am near a computer. There's no image hosting on the site, so please use something like Photobucket, or hopefully something with more longevity.

IF THERE IS NUDITY, ONLY POST THE LINK, AND TAG THE LINK AS NSFW.

it looks like he could have referenced it, but there's no tracing at all. it looks more referenced for the idea and possibly pose, but if he did reference it, he did enough with it to make it his own in my opinion.

Oh yeah, of course I looked to Pieter Hugo's famous picture as a template, but it was just a quick (read: lazy) doodle I did while watching a movie. In my mind that photo is one of the wildest things I've ever seen.

I think this is wild. It feels like wild, and not the oscar kind.
References: Trees are from an Odilon Redon, bust is Epicurus, the creepy dog is Albrecht Durer (sorry, no umlaut). This is called referencing, not plagiarism. It means something. Maybe it means 'wild,' and not the oscar kind.

EDIT: The trees are not from a Redon, they're from Bresdin's Comedy of Death.

having hidden meaning behind your work is not at all plagarism. it's when there's no sense of creativity that goes along with it that it starts treading that line. I like your work and thought process behind it!
