Oxymoron, The Stellar Corpses, Hour of the Wolf, The Mutts, Wisdom in Chains, and The Rudiments are some good new(er) bands. Run the gamut music-wise, but Oxymoron's the more traditional punk band.

True, TurboNegro aren't "punk" but, they kick ass.
Screeching Weasel (singular) made "I Wanna Be A Homosexual" as a reply to Sloppy Seconds "I Don't Wanna Be A Homosexual". Kind of a joke, yet the song does pack a wallop. If you can find it, it is on the "Pervo-Devo" 7 inch record.
Most NOFX is good.
Only buy Dead Kennedys from Alternative Tentacles, not Decay.

Negro's early stuff is way more punk than their newer stuff, but scandinavian punk has it's own sound altogether.
