Collaborative Physical Art DISCUSSION THREAD

SO! we need another project. the exquisite corpse is going fine and the weekly events and what not, but we really need to get this board bumping like crazy.

so how about some sort of physical collaborative art? something where we all pool addresses and make some kind of collaborative art. so the first person starts it and then sends it to the next etc. or maybe not even that! maybe we all make an art piece specifically for another person. or something. i don't know!

WE NEED TO DISCUSS THIS AND THINK OF SOMETHING GOOD BECAUSE IT CAN BE AWESOME

Maybe we could do something like a secret santa/art project where everyone who wants to do it buys one of those little Munny blank PVC figure things and paints it/draws all over it and trades with someone else.

Some forums do a thing where an art book gets mailed around and everyone draws on 1 or 2 pages.

the blank munny thing is a great idea, although finding one can be hard. i know newbury comics has them.

maybe we can all create some coloring book images, someone can print them out and bind them, then we can send it around and we can all color it

Personally, I like the collaborative sketchbook idea, but that's just me :> I also like the idea of a secret santa art exchange. I've done coloring books stuff before for paid work, and it didn't thrill me a lot, but if lots of people like that idea, i'll definetly participate!. BTC, thanks for being so energetic while i'm dealing with stuff here :>
