It's about how he is going to hell because he doesn't go to church. I'm not sure what to call it but "The Scariest Monster" is what I have in mind right now.

With nothing left to will, William wist but to will nothing
And whither will William’s willing will naught but nothing tell
Devils observed as obsequiously we sang his obsolete obsequies
As perfidious William upon perdition’s pale palfrey headed unto hell
