i have just woken up and now i am going to take a shower and prepare for the day. do you eat breakfast? you should! it's the most important meal of the day! today i think i will have some apple granola and yogurt with some kind of dried fruit. i am trying to eat healthier in order to set a good example for my son. it's called being a good mom.
anywho, i have a long day today and i won't be around to make sure you take care of yourselves. please try to be nice to each other in this thread and make sure to wear a light jacket out today! it's kind of chilly this morning!

I've found that dried strawberries, apples, cherries or peaches go excellently with peanut butter on toast.

i agree, without breakfast there'd be a good chance of having a shitty day ahead. i'd usually have bowl of cereal or oatmeal with banana and grounded flaxseeds mixed in and a glass of oj during the week. french toast or stir fry vegs and munster cheese omelet with tobasco sauce and coupla slices of pepperidge farms toast during the weekend. breakfast at ihops is always good.

I actually rarely eat breakfast... 4 cups of coffee, 6 or 7 cigarettes, a shower and BOOM! i'm out the door.

Wasn't bad until I got called until to work on my day off...
But I did refrain from making the "Clerks" joke, "I'M NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE HERE TODAY!!!"
Though I did ask if I could dye my hair green and then starting laughing like, um... like, uhhhh, oh what's his name? Oh yeah, King Diamond.

On the rocks, please. Breakfast optional.
And it's either Jameson's, Bourbon (several brands make the cut) or a single malt Scotch (preferably Islay).

I didn't have a good day as I got written up at work.
But I did eat breakfast! Milk was expired so I decided against the Frosted Flakes. So I had 2 cups of coffee, a homemade cheeseburger with tomato, mayonaisse, and barbeque sauce, Then 2 can of Coca-Cola, a small glass of V-8, about 8 cigarettes.

I was kidding, sir.
A better breakfast would be: 2 bong hits, a strong cup of coffee (i prefer mine black), a couple waffles and some fruit. If you have time, take a leisurely walk to a gas station and pick up a paper. Don't read the news, it'll wreck yer mood. Read the comics and/or attempt to solve the crossword or, perhaps the sudoku puzzle. Maybe check the classifieds to see if anyone is selling something cool fairly cheap.
I used to do this when i didn't have to work until 3pm.
For lunch, i'd have 2-3 more bong hits, 1-2 more cups of coffee then, take the bus to work. i'd get there a bit early so i could eat my shift meal first thang.
Fortified, I'd be able to slave my damn ass off in a hot kitchen for 7-8 hours.

I occasionally buy these things called "poppers" which are largish pepperincini hollowed out and filled with sharp provelone and prosciutto. Three of these with a double rye, and that's a well-balanced dinner!
