There are too many awesome dunks to name as number one. I haven't been blown away by a dunking contest since vince carter won it some years ago. The last one to my memory that was simply awesome was by patrick ewing's son in a contest few weeks ago

The Carter dunk in 2000 is my favorite dunk of all-time, mainly because it was over a bum Frenchman. That same Frenchman, Frederic Weiss, was drafted by the Knicks in the 2nd round a few months earlier. He never made it to the nba.
