View Full Version : Why do I see this on every page?

Believe me, I'm not complaining about the site at all, I love it, but every single page I go to has this ad:

This is complete with gratitous close-up shots to show the intensity of meth. Now, granted meth is a nasty thing and I'm all for the non-usage of it, and I don't mind the occasional "graphic" ad to get the point across, but I don't need to see the same thing EVERY PAGE, EVERY TIME I visit.

I'm from Arizona, so I'm guessing this is a space for local ads...if not, just ignore me.

I wish i got that ad everytime!
or maybe switch it up with the classic "knitting needles in eye sockets to stop whatever from clawing it's way out".
cause i really need in your face ads to keep me off the meth.

I used to get this annoying fucking JUNO awards ad that would create a pop up on my page. Aside from that, I usually don't get really bothersome ones. And yeah, I think they are local ads. Right now I have a travelodge.ca ad at the top.

I keep getting this Microsoft Office '08 ad, that pops itself onto my screen and has some dumb 'Rabiit Rescue!' short 'comedy' skit for it. It's pretty pathetic, really.

It's like every page I go to is shoving the gratuitous meth ad in my face and it makes me wonder if maybe that's why people turn to drugs in the first place.
