Anyone checked out the latest two albums which were released for download?

The first was called Ghosts (http://ghosts.nin.com/) which is an instrumental album reminiscent of older albums like "Still". The second; released a few days ago, is called The Slip (http://theslip.nin.com/) which is more similar to newer stuff (which I must admit I'm not extremely fond of) but also contains two fantastic songs called Lights in the Sky and Corona Radiata. The former being in the same vein as Hurt, Something I Can Never Have etc. the latter being a kind of ambient instrumental track.

Definitely worth a listen.

oh yeah i forgot to post about that. both of them are solidly decent. not one moment of unfettered brilliance in any of it, but fun nonetheless. worlds better than 'with teeth' anyway, and as long as it stays that way, it's good in my book.

Next thing you know they'll have to start paying people to listen to their music

I bought Year Zero Remixed and the Survivalism vinyls from Hot Topic yesterday.

One of the best fifty bucks I ever spent.

I'm gonna go pick up the Ghosts vinyl next.

Fuckin' nice set, £30, a wee bit too much, but it's a nice pack.
