Does anyone else really likes Dore's stuff?
Specifically his illustrations of Paradise Lost and Rime Of the Ancient Mariner
Coz I think this is just amazing

Dore did some awesome work.
Everything from the biblical to little red riding hood are amazing.

I bought my husband a book of his bible illustrations for Christmas a few years ago.
Emperor used one of his pictures on an old album.

Probably some type of engraving coz that's pretty much what he did.

I'm trying to find a print of either that or the one from the divine comedy with satan sitting in the ice.
It's kinda hard to find a decent one =(
