That would help grease your esophagus to ease that bad boy out.

I think you mean the windpipe. The esophagus isn't connected to your lungs.

I still can't get over how amazing that is. I'm saving that picture. All white, branched, and in one whole, glistening piece. They would've had to cough unbelievably hard to get it up in one piece. It must've felt so weird, but it must've been a such a relief at the same time.
I really don't know what it is with me and things like this. Why do I have such a fixation on crusty/gooey things that either grow on or come out of the body? Why does this fascinate me so?

Between this (as well as those awesome earwax videos) and Kitsa's Doo-Doo Bomb story I can't decide which of you two I love more.

You could sell that as a remedy for something in Japan.

I am just as puzzled by my fascination with these subjects as you are. Now I'm wondering if they spat it out whole, or if they felt it rising up against the back of their throat as they coughed and reached into their mouth and grabbed it, not knowing what it really was until they pulled it out. I'm guessing the latter.
I was just about to post a pic of that slobberknockin' bastard.
Who is that?
