Jack Lemmon is one of the few celebrities, where I cried when I found out they had died. I've loved him since I was a little girl.

Shit, he played Daphne in Some like it Hot ;) and that's one of my favorite movies of all time.

The Apartment, The Odd Couple, Glengarry Glen Ross it's hard to name something bad he did, and even when he did he was still great in it.

I saw the Apartment in theatres yesterday. It was an amazing experience; one of the few times in a long time that I was throughly entertained through the whole 2 hours. Lemmon was the man.

One of my favorite movies is Mister Roberts where Jack plays Ensign Pulver. He's great.

Yes, buy it. It won best Director and Best Picture the year it was released, and several other Oscars. The Oscars do eat ass, but they get it right some times.
