I've been counting the days, seriously. Reno 911 is among probably six shows that make it worth turning the TV on and watching it.
In my opinion. :(

Fucking brilliant all around. I like the way this season is turning out to be a bit more cruel than usual. Fantastic. Dig that injured guy jumping out of the burning building and missing the trampoline by a mile.

Does anyone else think that the new opening theme sucks?

It's ok, at least they didn't use the music they used in the commercial.
"911 is jokin' your town awww"

I hate those commercials. I never liked the first theme. I haven't seen the second, but it's on my Tivo because I have a tivo.

The dog part would have been funny if I didn't see it coming :(
The french robot line was hilarious. "I tried to pop a wheelie" was my favorite part. I loved the scene where they are chasing the naked guy and then there was an army of them :eek because when that scene started i was like "oh great another CRAZY trailer park guy chase :rolleyes" but the pay-off was great :( The PSA was fantastic.
a very funny episode. Actually the more I think about it the more i like it.

I gotta agree there. I didn't really like the episode until after they set up that Dangle's party was on the same day as the game. It just all came off very sitcom-like. :/
I thought it was hilarious that the guy who stole Dangle's bike was Deupty Junior. And Rudy Tudy Trudy was priceless.

What is this? A parody of Rescue 911/Cops or something?

Yep exactly. It has members from MTV's "The State" in it along with other guest appearances. Definitely one of the best things to come to Comedy Central in years. I really need to buy the Season 1 DVD set that's coming out.

Hey, DVDsoon has it for 24.98 $CAD (18.50 USD) on preorder. Sounds like a blind purchase.
The bad part is, this is exactly what my homes and me are trying to pitch to the TV channels around here :( Good thing we decided to go away from the documentary format and target 24/NYPD Blue instead.

Buy it, you won't be disappointed with it, believe me. Especially if you're pitching a humorous police show of your own.
