Castelvaina- I believe in part 5, theres this area where you are going left, and theres an axe knight attacking you and while your trying to just push him away a heard of those medusa come rushing in, couldn't get pass there.

I have been playing Megaman Aniversary Collection, and I found the area with the "helicopters" in Iceman's stage (Megaman 1) really hard to pass. Also, the damn Ciclops from the first Dr. Willy's stage is near imposible.

If you left two o more zombies dead in any small room in RE Remake, and they turn into "Crimson Heads", you'll know what a death trap is.

The last area in Prince of Persia - The sands of Time - is also a reeeeeally long death trap, a lot of high-risk jumps, and you don't have the time dagger with you!!!!!, a miscalculated jump, or a button pressed a half second late, and you have to start the damn sequece from the beggining!!!!

The hotel level in Shrapnel City in Duke Nukem 3D, where you go to discover the secret level.

Anyway, there's a secret area there where you can see Indinana Jones impaled on a sharp rock. There's also an atomic health thingy there on a pillar. When you jump on it to get it, in true Indiana Jones fashion, the ceiling starts to come down. And it comes down fast. You have barely enough time to make it out again.

Also, the goddamn minigames where you collect the coins in Billy Hatcher. Damnit, those things are nigh-impossible to beat.

I feel your pain, although i did eventually manage to evade both that and tomb level (eventually). Not to brag or rub it in, but i also killed the last boss in comic zone before the women would drown from that fuel. I Fucking hate that level in Battle Toads, where you have to race that rat and watch out for the vents that release toxic fumes.

Prince of Persia was pretty easy up until where I'm at now...

That room with all of the swingey-ropes and the ledges and the foot of water on the floor. I got past all of the puzzles and shit but I don't know where the fuck the exit is. >: I suck at that game now.

There's this game called Kid Chameleon for the Genesis, and one of the levels has a fucking spike wall chasing you to the right. At the end, there's a split in the middle. If you take the low road, you'll be trapped and eventually killed by the wall of spikes. You can't even see the dead end until it's too late.
