yeah i dont think there was any real quality control for transformers some other errors are
soundwave with an autobot symbol,in dinobot island prt 2 a caveman is looting a one buck store and steals a necklace priced at 28,000 next to many other bits of jewlerry in the price range,optimus getting real fat in some scenes,trevorstator constantly changing face, just to name a select few

That would be season 2, episode 9. It's how episodes of TV series are labelled on p2p networks and such.
