View Full Version : NEW MINIMOCK: "COUNT POP'S PUMPKIN PATCH!"
Mockery

Out of all the Halloween piece I've done this season, I think I had the most fun shooting and writing this one. It's all about what is easily the worst modern store-bought Halloween costume, and possibly the worst costume ever. So who in their right mind would buy it and wear it? Me. :)

I told him the same thing, but in different words, but with similar meaning.
It's hard to say what's the best-worst part of the costume - the plastic hair, or the fact that the plastic hair has distinguishing gray temples.

You should just scrap the whole Zombie thing and make a Count Pop movie instead.

RoG must have mounds of self esteem to wear that in public. Or just take it all from protoclown.

It could be about Dracula fighting the Queer Eye guys, and then one of the homos says "Oh man, let's be friends instead!" and Dracula says "OK". And then all the Queer Eye people jump up and say "Yaaaaaaaaay, makeover," and suddenly the count has to survive as a contemporary meterosexual.

My most important thing is that I think that costume is honestly great. I seriously like it, not ironically. The only thing that could make it better for me is if it came with a video of the graphic designer who camne up with it in the meeting where it was approved.
DESIGNER: Come ON!!! This is GREAT!!!
BOSS: Fine. Whatever. Don't drink at work again, Dave. I'm serious.
I was particularly amused by Count Pop's belief that Proto can't read. I don't know why that struck me so funny, but it was LOL time for me.
That and "Count Pop Town, Population: Your Mouth"

Thanks everybody :(
The response to this piece has been really positive, moreso than usual, and I also had a blast doing it. Acting like a jackass in public is a favorite pasttime of mine, so it's highly likely that you haven't seen the last of Count Pop! :o

That bit was pretty good, but I would have loved to see you do that at the Celtic Festival, RoG.

Dude, Rog. I've been to that pumpkin patch before. Year before last.
Small world, eh? I forget the name of the place, though. :(
Butlers Orchard Farm or something along those lines. That might've been last year, though.

This wasn't on a farm, it was in a grassy area across from the Winn Dixie on Gayton road.
As for the Celtic Festival... who knows, maybe someday. And maybe not! :lol
