i would say no, but it is german, so it's hard to tell.
the end was pretty funny.

It was so long that at first I thought it was just a company instruction video that was unintentionally funny - those things can be weird - but near the end it gets so over the top that can't be serious. Though that's a rather long setup. I guess the Germans just have no sense of timing.
