Conan the Barbarian. I was 3 and it gave me nightmares. Then I ran around in my underwear pretending to be Conan.

Probably one of the Timothy Dalton Bond movies. The one where he puts a guy's face on a barbeque. I remember my dad wouldn't let me watch that particular bit.

I think that would be License to Kill.
Seeing as it's the most violent and gory Bond movie ever. Seriously, Bond just goes nuts in that one.

In "In Her Majestys secret Service", there is a part that made my jaw drop when I first saw it. Bond is being chased down a hill and one of the bad guys falls to a wood chipper by mistake. There are blood and intestines flying all over the place and Bond just says "That guy had guts." Bond wtf?

I can't remember for sure, because I grew up watching lots of bloodless violence and kind of eased into the more gorey kind. I suppose American Ninja had some blood in it, that might've been the first, but the first to really make an impact on me was Predator.
The friend with whom I was watching it had already seen it and warned me excitedly about the skinned corpses scene, so I tried to close my eyes without him seeing it :O
