1st form: Change beams according to his color, and don't get hit.
2nd form: Change Visors until you get a visual, and don't get hit.

Only the phazon beam damages him in form 2.

Make sure you stand on the phazon pools in the second form :P

When you're fighting Ridley just stay locked onto him til he rushes at you and then use the B dodge :rolleyes
