I'm all for a imposed speed limit on car races! 2 mph!
Those speed demons are to fast! It scary and dangerous to go anywhere faster then a walk.

Thats why they have helmets, roll cages and nomax underwear, silly. Very difficult profession to get life ensurance with.

I've seen several Ming vases, but I'm pretty sure it would violate UNESCO statutes or something to change them in any significant way.
