Attention people of the boards. I want us to all pay our last respects to Pat Morita, who died Thursday of natural causes. Pat Morita, as we may remember, played many memorable roles. Such as Mr Miyagi in the Karate Kid Films and Arnold on Happy Days. He will be missed.

Given the recent chain of star deaths being of people of ethnic background, and the natural progression of latino to Asian, I would have to say a Black actor.
And no, I am not being racist.

You're not being racist, but you are making distinctions based on race?
Also, does your race automatically dictate your ethnic background?
Edit:
...people of ethnic background...
Maybe my socratic questioning doesn't make it clear, but I'm really angry at the idea that only Jeff's Lesser Races are burdened by the horror of ethnicity. >:

No, race does not automatically indicate ethnic background. It just seems to be that recently, in the past month, the only famous people who died were from ethnic background. I could die and fit into the distinction of fitting into that because I am Half German and Half Jewish. I am not trying to offend or anger, it is just an observation.

Ethnic Background should not be a euphemism for 'non-white'.

Sorry I said anything, I seriously didnt mean to be racist and i didnt mean to offend anybody on the boards. If you want to flame me, I dont care, I just want to clear that up. It was a poor choice of words and i am truly sorry for the off colour remark I made.

And for the record, for you to refer to somebody who fought so hard for black rights in the united states as a "darkie" is just plain wrong. Just thought i would like to say that.

I'm guessing that your school's theory of evolution is that black people evolved from asians, who evolved from latinos...I mean, given that it's natural progression and all :rolleyes
Now keep off the personal attacks on my person.
