ok, i have been through some really rough crap this year.

but.

i had a dream the other night. i met a cute girl in the dream. not a knock out. just a really cute nice girl. the kind that is really cool to be around, and really easy to like, but not some super hottie. (she was actually dressed a lot like glowbelly dresses ;) ) all punk rocky and sexy.

nothing more than holding hands in the dream, but i have had my whole soul crushed this year, and the dream made me really happy cause it was the first time i woke up happy in like a year.

so if you are cute and friendly, and work at starbucks, i may be staring at you and breathing really heavy in the near future.

used to be you had to a lot of work to stalk someone. now, you can know almost anything about anyone if you really want to.

3 CHILDREN.

JUST BEFORE THANKSGIVING (BELIEVE IT IS BOXING DAY OR SOME SHIT IN cANADA) DAUGHTER BRINGS ME MY WIFE'S CELL PHONE CAUSE IT HAS LOVE NOTES TEXT MESSAGED TO MY WIFE FROM ANOTHER MAN (VERY INVOLVED NOTES, HOW THE HELL CAN ANYONE TEXT MESSAGE A WHOLE GODDAMN NOVEL?)

I ASK MY WIFE ABOUT IT. SHE SAYS IT IS A JOKE SOME DUDE IS PLAYING. I TRUST MY WIFE, SO I JUST DROP IT.

A WEEK LATER MY WIFE GOES TO VISIT ONE OF HER FRIENDS A FEW STATES AWAY. I GET A CALL FROM HER FRIEND. APPARENTLY MY WIFE HAS BROUGHT ANOTHER MAN WITH HER ON HER VISIT. I CONFRONT MY WIFE ABOUT IT WHEN SHE GETS HOME. LOTS OF YELLING AND FUN SHIT. SHE APOLOGIZES, LITERALLY BEGS FOR FORGIVENESS, PROMISES IT IS ALL OVER FOR HER AND HER NEW FRIEND.

THE WEEK BEFRORE CHRISTMAS A FRIEND OF MINE THROWS A PRIVATE PARTY AT A LOCAL NITE SPOT. I LEAVE A PARTY AT MY PARENTS HOUSE EARLY SO THAT I CAN RELIEVE NANCY AT THE AMERICAN LEGION WHERE WE BOTH PART TIME BARTEND.

I GET DONE AT THE LEGION EARLY, AND SINCE THE PARTY SHE WENT TO WAS TO BE ATTENDED BY EVERY GODDAMNED PERSON THAT I KNOW OR AM FRIENDS WITH IN THIS PART OF MARYLAND, PLUS THE BEER WAS GOING TO BE FREE, I DECIDED TO GO TO THE PARTY.

I GET TO THE PARTY AND WANDER AROUND TALKING TO PEOPLE I HAVE BEEN FRIENDS WITH MY WHOLE LIFE. I AM STANDING NEAR THE DANCEFLOOR, WHEN WHO SHOULD I SEE?

BUT MY EVERFUCKING WIFE MAKING OUT WITH THAT STUPID RETARD SHE WENT ON A TRIP WITH HE HAS HIS HANDS ON HER TITTIES, THEY ARE HAVING A GREAT FUCKING TIME! I AM NOT

PRETTY MUCH THE WHOLE THING IN A NUTSHELL.

I'm really sorry for you, George. You're a good guy with a great heart and it makes me really sad that someone you love both took that for granted and abused it.

For the kids' sake, I'd recommend you distance them from their mother ASAP, whether that means staying with parents or friends or booting the wife out of the house. Whether the legal battles are messy or whatever, it's clear where her priorities lie when it comes to enriching their lives and quite frankly the less they learn from her, the better. The only way to break the white trash cycle is by distancing yourself from it, so it's good that you plan to move out regardless.

Damn, George, that really sucks. All the stuff that's happened to me over the last couple of years hardly even scratches that. :(

I agree with Chojin about your kids, and I hope that everything turns out okay for you. I banned Riggo44 as the first part of the healing process. :(

you know the funny thing is i was really sad at first. not mad or anything else really, just really sad.

but now that things are settling down i am pretty optimistic about life without her (wife that is). sigh.

and i am in love with a girl that works at the Hot Topic in the mall. she is really cute and nice, and one day when i am not with my children i will ask her out someplace. maybe.
