not directly usefulfor beat-em-ups like mugen or anything exactly, but its a solid program, been using it for a few years now (not that i get any of my projects finished tho)

Click&Play was awesome back in the day. Only works on windows 3.1, couldn't get it to run on anything else. I stopped playing games not made by my friends and I for awhile.
