Recently had a chance to go to one of the largest Halloween shops in the country, and while we were there, we took some photos of a bunch o' blatant rip-off costumes.

Hang on, did they give any actual reason for you to put away your camera?

Happened to me at the mall. They say its for copyright laws. Although I was only outside of the stores and not in them. But thats why.

Yes, the reason was "no cameras allowed". Very good reason. :rolleyes

No need to wait 'til October, the mannequins were already on display.

Next time that happens, tell them to shove it. You can take pictures of anything in the public view, you're only restricted when it comes to publishing those pictures.

I told him that and he almost threw me out. The fucking pig. I hate that fat son of a bitch. Always giving people shit and hes racist as fuck. He goes up to this black dude minding his own business with his hat tilted to the side. He goes up to him and tells him to put it on straight. So Im thinking "Okay what the fuck was that.". Then this white dude has a hat tilted the same way and he does jack shit about it. I want that fat fuck to die. Bastard.

This is the only time of the year that I check i-mockery at least twice a day. And again, this year, your articles are not dissapointing!

Thanks, I really appreciate you saying that. There's no time of year like Halloween on I-Mockery. Myself and the other guys are always working extra hard during these two months. By the time it's all said 'n done, all that's left is a pile of bones. It takes us a whole year to grow our flesh back in time for next Halloween.

Yeah, it's a vicious cycle. :(

Dude, where was that store? If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's like 20 minutes from my house. They have the worst prices ever but they have crap you can't 'find in any other seasonal store.

THE TITLE OF THIS ARTICLE IS VERY MISLEADING.

I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE ABOUT STRIPPERS. >:

If you head down I-5 from Los Angeles towards San Diego, you'll see it. It's about 25-30 mins from where I live in Burbank.

I WISH there was a store like that in NC! Around this time of the year, Halloween Express stores start popping up in the malls, and just thinking about them and their latex-rubber scented goodness makes me GIDDY!

That would be the one. They're all stupid over there. They probably told you to turn off your camera because stuff gets jacked all the time and you made them nervous.

Edit: I was just in there today and right on the front door it says no cameras. But I was able to pick up my very own Grimsdyke!

Nothin beats generic attempts at recreating "legitimate" costumes. Good read.
