Ok, so few days ago me and my friend were remembering the times when we were lil' kids. We mostly talked about toys, games and tv programs, and there was this one tv program, that both of us remembered, but couldn't recall it's name.
It ran here in the early 90s and told about the rescue system(or whatever) of USA. This program had a host who was in large hall with different kind of vehicles(like police cars, ambulances etc.) and he always worked as a narrator when they were showing video tapes where people were in a need of help.
If I remember it right, its name was 911-something.

I'm pretty sure it was World's Wackiest Police Stories. Do you remember if Allan Thicke was the host?

sounds similar to a great show in the UK called '999' from a few years back, which had recontructed tales of near death, 90% seemed to contain a large pipe/pool cue/spike stuck in someones chest, but it misses a vital organ/artery by millimetres.
i watched it again a few years ago, but it seemed to be really lame, a case showed 3 girls going to a sweet shop, and one of which choked on a lollipop, which was quickly coughed up after some back slapping, i mean WTF, they diddnt even call NINE NINE NINE (tick tock tick tock)

i'm going to commandeer this thread now
back in the mid-ish 90's they had this live action show on nickelodeon (i THINK, and i'm pretty sure that was it cuz it was all i watched at the time) about these kids who found this alien spaceship or something and gained the ability to teleport instantly to anywhere in the world and they solved mysteries and screwed some hot british hookers 'n shit (although i think i might be wrong on that part or it might've been a dream YOU TELL ME)

That was The Tomorrow People. I'm pretty sure it flew under the radar for most people because I've mentioned it to my friends a few times and they don't remember it.

While we're on the subject of shows flying under the radar, does anyone remember an old early-90's saturday morning cartoon involving mutant zombies playing football?
It was awesome, and I can't find hide nor tail of it anywhere.

I've used that before (it's how I rediscovered ExoForce), but I still haven't found it on there.

Thank you, you guys are awesome.
I had actually thought of that, but I'd been making searching for "Mutant League Football cartoon", and getting nothing.
Apparently, if I had done "Mutant League Football series", or "Mutant League Football animated", it would have shown up. Dammit.

What was that comedy show from a ways back that had a camera like cops only it went into the police's petty lives? And this one guy always carried around his night stick?

No, though I was expecting someone to say that thinking that they had proven me a fool. That is why I added "way back" so that I could garauntee it was them who would be the fool.
They didn't do any crime fighting, just had barbeques and fought with their family.
