Now, the imdb claims this was released just this winter on Sky-one in the UK. And someone might of mentioned it here. But I was away at basic.

BUT WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO LEARN ABOUT IT?!?!

A Terry Pratchett Book/movie with Pratchett in as a cameo.

I HATE THOSE BRITS. They ruined a perfectly awesome book with that pile of feces of a movie. It was worse then the 80's Narnia 6ft Beaver edition they came out with so many years ago.

The jokes and humor was delivered with the timing and finesse of a inbreed southerner.

The actors where absolutely terrible... I take that back, the guy they had for the Burser would of made a awesome Rincewind. Looks just like I thought he would be.

And instead of making Anhk-Morpork, the great city of the disc, and making something slightly amazing (for a festering city) they blew it. I always pictured Anhk-Morpork as a city kinda like Frank Miller's Sin City crossed with Tim Burtan style of buildings in Nightmare before christmas and the land of the dead in Corpse Bride, but with strange highlights of life hidden in the corners. This city seemed to be all back alleys WITH ELECTRIC LIGHTS. And Nobby Nobbs was just a short guy, and Dwarfs where midgetts and IT WASN'T FUNNY. I am crying inside.

Perhaps you are unaware that Britain is utterly incapable of adapting anything for television besides Jane Austen novels and murder mysteries.

This is why The Hogfather had Detective Inspector Jack Frost in it and was absolutely toss in every respect.
