i rode through the swamp in central florida one time and saw some alligators. it was tres cool. and i ate rattlesnake from a swamp near baton rouge one time 'cause my aunt said it was chicken. :(

I had rattlesnake at Loon Lake Lodge once. it was prepared in what were like breaded meat balls, and it was very spicey.

the rattlesnake i had was in a gumbo, so there was lots of other shit in with it. and it seriously tasted like chicken. so it was good. until i found out what it was. then, i had to excuse myself and toss my proverbials cookies 'cause i'm stupid like that.
