Are you ready for the Barker Beauties to be replaced by Wayne, Ryan, and Colin?
Are you ready for Plinko being played on a green screen.
Are you ready for dirty jokes and beer?
Share your thoughts! I think it's going to be a disaster. I call him drew the jerk.

As bad as this is, here's the better...
Better - MARC SUMMERS. I mean, I took him not being on the Next Food Network Star anymore as a sign.
Louie Anderson (Or anyone else who's survived the so-called "Family Feud" curse) - I know he was good on that show, and so was the guy who was on Home Improvement.
Hugh Hefner - Well, he looks like Bob...and he's surrounded by lots of bimbos like Bob. The cross-promotion would be amusing to say the least!
"Can you tell us what he could win.....?"
"A lifetime subscription to Playboy!"
But! It could have been SO much worse...
Rosie O'Donnell - Gossip magazines rumored on it but thankfully this isn't even close. Even the View booted her. And everyone hates her now.
Vince McMahon - Well, let's just say nobody will kiss Vince...willingly.

I heard this last night while watching Letterman and I instantly mouthed the words 'Oh Gawd!'.
Drew Carey is fine as a quirky character on a television show, but as a person he's annoying as hell. The 'Whose Line Is It' series was tolerable because of everything that went on around him.
He's a goof and his tenure on Price will certainly come across as either lazy, corny or cheesy. This is the '100 Big Dick Jokes Guy'. Highbrow is not his thing and I can hear his idiotic laugh right now. Price was cheesy before, mine you, but a good comfortable sort of cheese. Barker always sort of kept this distinguished air about him despite the corny sets and jiggling contestants. Drew will make the show even more lowbrow.
They should have gone with an unknown. They should have cast a more classic-type host. One of the entertaining aspects of the show was it's classic era feel and Barker added a lot to that.
I bet they are going to 'update' the whole show.

I saw him talking about it on Letterman too and I thought maybe it was some sort of joke. I mean, really? I only think he's funny because of the people around him. By himself, he's sorta like your friend's dad that tries to joke around with you and you don't get it.
