i've been talking about this game for a couple months now, and how i madly want to play it. more specifically, i'd love to play it on my wii, but i know a psx emulator for the wii has not been developed... yet :(.

i don't even know why i want to play it; i personally never beat it (i watched someone though :(). but yeah, so...

i've been looking for the rom and every site is full of dead links (p.s. i suck at searching, so if anyone wants to help me out that is not a problem)

i use to own it on the pc, but i dunno what's smaller and less work on my computer, the psx version or the pc version.

and i've been looking online for getting my wiimote to work as a gamepad for my laptop (specifically, the classic controller), because i'd love to use that to play.

I'll see if I can get a hold of some from Gamecrazy or something. The power cable is a generic one. At least one gadget in your joint should use the same power cord.

I should mention the reason I'm selling is that I have two PSXs. It's not full of coke, as far as I know.

controller you don't have to worry about; at my fiance's house there are literally like 10 ps2 controllers that should work just fine

edit: if someone wants to buy this before you hear back from me, sell it to them. i'm sure i can get it working on my computer sometime before then, and i'm still not sure if i want to buy it

Really? I got it working on my laptop just fine. I assume you already tried running it in compatibility mode or whatever.

PC version's probably the best way to go, just because PSX emulators can be fickle sometimes. Slightly cleaner graphics, but music's all in MIDI.

FFVII isn't worth playing. It's a very overrated game. If you like Final Fantasy, pick up FFII or FFX.

I hate FF7 but I do credit it's ballsiness, grit, and unintentional humor. If they do re-make it, no doubt anything humorous and nutzo will be missing.
