I'm ignoring Willie's advice and going as a zombie chicken.

I will somehow secure the head on top of the neck (Probably with tape or something). Jim is probably going to be Paul Bunyan, so he'll have an axe of some sort and will behead me sometime after I pass out.

Nice costume... but you should really add a lot of fake blood around the top of the neck to make it a little more convincing and obvious as to exactly what you are. At first glance, I thought it was a weird white beer bottle with lobster claws and the top broken off before I noticed the chicken head. o.O

If you had a lot of spare time and money, you could set up some fake blood with the tubes up in the neck, have Bunyan chop your head off, and give it a squeeze. It'd probably only be good for one try, so you'd have to do it to someone who'd appreciate it.

And yes, no matter which I go for, there will be ALOT of blood. I want to get Jim to make bloody handprints on me. Sappy, a simple hand pump would work and is really easy to reload and install.

If I go out more than once dressed up I'll be the Hard Rock Zombie for one of them and get better pictures. I haven't found anymore of me at DragonCon. :(

I barely got myself to make my robot costume. It's basically a few boxes cut to make a torso and head, with a grill for sight, spraypainted chrome and with red ping pong ball halves for eyes.
This year I soldered together some LEDs under the eyes that fade in and out red, and a robot voice manipulator. I'm a little proud, and ashamed at how much time I have on my hands.
