Yo ho ho! Now that the holidays are over with, the Weeklies section (http://www.i-mockery.com/weeklies) of the site is open for you to review just about anything you'd like.

If there's a game, movie, comic or album you'd like to review, please read the following guidelines and then send your review to me in a PM with the required info and images. If it's all in order, it'll get used on the site sometime in the very near future.

1) Write a review that's at least 2-3 paragraphs in length (but feel free to write as much as you like as there is no length limit) for a video game, movie, comic book or album. Please try to pay attention to spelling & grammar as best you can since a lot of people read these obviously. Also, make sure it hasn't already been reviewed by checking out our Weeklies section here: http://www.i-mockery.com/weeklies

2) Please provide the required information about your review subject (ie: title, publisher, genre, year, etc - see the reviews at http://www.i-mockery.com/weeklies for a full list of everything you'll need to include based on what type of review you're submitting).

3) Please provide your rating of the game, movie, comic or album based on our pickle scale (0.5 pickles being the absolute worst, 5 pickles being the absolute best).

4) Please provide a link to at least one picture of the promotional / cover artwork for the game, movie, comic or album. A maximum of three images may be included with any review.

Once you have all of this stuff written up, just send it to me in a PM and I'll post it live on the site as soon as I have a chance if everything is in order.

Feel free to post any questions you have or discuss potential reviews here in this thread.

Thanks again to all of you who volunteer to help out!

I have an album I want to review but I've never written a review before. I'm going to start practicing my writing and my goal is to have a decent review available sometime this year.

I have a quick question. Whatever happened to the old movie reviews on the site? I remember doing a couple for you a LOOONG time ago (Batman Begins and War of the Worlds), but that was even before you implemented the weeklies as you have them now.

Just curious. Thanks.

The one that used to be at i-mockery.com/moviereviews? Yeah that site was from a looong time ago. We were still on a Microsoft server at the time and all of our pages were coded in ASP. When we switched over to PHP, that site and the music reviews site were never converted over - particularly because they weren't coded very well and the spam in the comments was getting out of control. We kept the old classic game reviews site online since it was the busiest of the review sites by far, but removed the comments due to all the spam. With the Weeklies section now on the site, there's no need for those older review sites. Hope that answers your question.

Sorry, I suck at reviewing comics. More of a Movie girl.

Yup, that answers my question, lol. Once I start getting a little more free time in my schedule, I'll be shooting reviews of things your way, probably primarily movies and games. Just been swamped as of late.

Thanks Immortal Goat, got your review added in for the next batch. Ok, we have a Comic and a Music review all set to go, so we just need to fill up the other two slots.

Any volunteers to do a Movie or a Game review? Lemme know!

I've got your game review right here, big boy.

Or I will in a day or two. I'm assuming everything is fair game no matter how old or obscure it is.

One of these days I'd like to do Jaws: The Revenge (NES or Movie), but I've done like the last 3 and I'm sick of looking at myself.

I can help with a comic, game, movie, or music album. I have ideas for a Sandman issue or two, DS RPGs, Red ( the Bruce Willis CIA movie), and the Captain S soundtrack.

I keep meaning to write one on Singularity, but then I wonder; just who the fuck cares about Singularity?

Guitar Woman

You could take it upon yourself to get people interested, if it's worth caring about.

Not particularly. I was going to give it a bad review so people wouldn't waste money on it, but they seem to be doing that fine on their own

I should have another comic review for you soon, if need be. Or movies. Or... just about anything.

Also, RoG, how often are we allowed to send in our shit? I'm totally up for writing game reviews at pretty much any time.

Eyes are a nice thing to have, you know. Every time you don't use them, a blind person cries.

I have a few comic and movie reviews ready too. They're not TL, DR though.
