Geisha Mermaid WIP - Any critiques?

I'm in the middle of this piece, & I'm looking for some critique before I go any further with it :)

You should get out of the habit of drawing the same face on every person you draw. At the very least come up with a more womanly version as this one is very mannish and bizarre looking on a woman. Aside from that, the parasol could use some depth.

It's kind of impressive that you know I draw the same face just from me asking for critique on one piece of art ;D

But I'll see what I can do about the femininity of the face.
