I love the chicken and cheese! :D And I like the beans when I put cheese on them. :( But yeah.... the rice is kinda crappy. :(

I USUALLY PUT THE TACO SAUCE FROM TACO BELL ON THE RICE TO TRY AND MAKE IT GOOD. IT WORKS SOMETIMES. =(

You can't freeze rice, & then microwave them cos they get all hard. I too find mixing in sauce helps the rice to become palettable...

Try putting lots of cheese on the rice. It makes it alot better. :o

I've done that. It helps. But I still refuse to touch the beans. No matter what I put on them they don't look good. =(

Yeah... they don't look all that tastey. But the main course of 'em(the anchilades and all) are usually real tastey! :D Especially with lots o' cheese! :D
