I'm looking for the name of a game I used to play where you make a country and start out with two random resources, and you can set up trade agreements with other players nations to make products and perks and such. And you can upgrade your country's infrastucture and tech and military, etc.

everybody go to 'edit nation' and change alliance affiliation to 'specify other', then type Mockery as your alliance
