I sold my acct a while back and it appears as though they xferred my toons, with the exception of the hunter (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Jaedenar&n=Toolio) I used to play back in the day. I quit playing him about a year ago... My last night in the guild we downed Vashj. Still never got to see Kael down. Or MH. Or BT. Or SW, 'cept for a few times farming trash on my druid. So yes, you certainly do have better gear.
I was just curious to see if Mockery folks were more PVP or PVE oriented.
I did get my Warlord resto druid to full S3 (SHOULDERS WOOT) before I sold the acct... Which was before S4 I remember that much. At one time my 2s was rated #9 in the BG. Only lasted a week though. I got burned out. Just like I got burned out w/ raiding.
And I managed to get a rogue to 70 a couple days before the acct was purchased. She's been xferred, too.

Resto druids are OP in arena >:

Very true. I hated arena on my hunter during S1 (for obvious reasons) so I didn't bother w/ my druid. It wasn't until nearly the end of S2 that I decided to play w/ my druid... as feral. That didn't last long... I went to resto for lulz. After a while I got burned out and sold acct to him so his buddy could play the druid. Two days after I sold acct he gets the MH warglaive to match his OH. lol

Not the case. I was wearing some T2 and Naxx gear all the way to 70. They all got replaced by dungeon blues, but had they not introduced the socket system the T3 would have been on par w/ D3.

I has been a month since i looked at it but if i remember correctly T6 is about on par with lvl 75 green quest items. So it will probably last at least up to high 70s.

i heard that its fairly common for a tank to have 22k+ hit points at 80

are we playing the same game here? the only possibility i could think of would be a druid in bear form.

Warrior main tanks in non-scrub guilds have up to 24k HP right now with Sunwell gear.
T6 gear probably won't be replaced until 80, like McClain said. I was still wearing T3 pieces when I hit 70 and didn't start replacing stuff until I was getting D3/T4 gear. Some of the old "holes" like neck, rings and trinkets got replaced early on in the 60s, so I'm expecting the same thing to happen.
My main concern is keeping hit capped. :(

If you added full raid buffs, flask, food, etc. that guy would probalby be over 22k easy.

Druids in bear form (read, good druids) don't stack HP. Matter of fact, plate-wearers typically have more HP. Dire Bears have massive armor and dodge. Armor cap is around 34k I think? I don't remember exactly. Any way, it makes me cringe to see feral druids socket tanking gear w/ nothing but stamina.
When I was feral my PVE set was around 34k armor, 16k health and 50% dodge - and since I had tons of agi I also had lots of crits. My single-target threat was unmatched.
It's all changing w/ 3.0. Armor contributions are going away and w/ the new Survival of the Fittest a druid can get uncrittable through talents. No more +def gear needed. CRAZY TIMEZ.

Yeah, it's pretty cool. I remember having some issues w/ servers crashing like this on the patch before TBC, but it seems worse this time around.
On a side note, know anyone that wants to buy an account? I don't have time to play any more. I managed to get rid of my first and now I have another.
70 druid, 70 rogue, 70 hunter. Alliance.
