3DO to burn or not to burn?

Hey everyone, I've recently purchased a FZ-1 and was wondering if anyone knew any good sites to get downloads, and also, could I just burn games to a regular cdr and play them?? Also anyone know of any good games for the 3do??

Theres the forums at http://www.snesorama.us, they got loads of games for most CD based systems. Also they have some burning guides on there.

I loved the 3DO... Captain Quazar and Gex were my favorites on that system. Samurai Shodown was ported nicely onto it as well.

I'm playing Gex as we speak. All the others mentioned are great. I'd also recommend FIFA '96, Shockwave 2, and Burning Soldier.

FIFA had some great unlockables, including a hot potato mode where anytime the ball touched the ground, everybody on the screen got knocked on their asses.

3DO=ROAD RASH

best version of the game. Also, Super Street Figher II Turbo.

Also, being a early CD system, I guarantee Dragons Lair and some other Laserdisc games are going to be on there.

Plus PO'ed is a pretty fun FPS, kind of like Duke Nukem, but not as creative.

Unless you got one on the cheap when the system was dying like my brother and I did. A nice stop-gap before the Xmas of PS1 bliss.
