I don't know how many of you know people who have never had fast food before. It's very common for Chinese to never have had a cheeseburger until the come to America. I've had friends get instantly sick from it. They are used to freshly killed food, much like the people on this commercial. I call bullshit :(

At least it isn't advertised in the same frequency as the "I want my Whopper" campaign was.

I used to hate Subway commercials because they claim freshness. I bet the meat is pre-sliced and in between individual sheets of wax paper and shipped to them. I highly doubt the have a meat slicer. That is not fresh! LIARS!

subway bread always makes me sick to my stomach. It must have a lot of preservatives in it.

Although it is so fucking good if you're in the right mood for it :(

I've only had a whopper taste good once and it kind of tasted like carls jr. because it was properly char-broiled. Otherwise, it tastes like cafeteria hamburgers.

I bet the meat is pre-sliced and in between individual sheets of wax paper and shipped to them. I highly doubt the have a meat slicer.

it's true it comes in frozen packages along with everything else except some of the veggies :( but they USED to slice it themselves years ago.

Burger King (http://www.baltimoresun.com/topic/lifestyle-leisure/dining-drinking/burger-king-PLENT000012.topic)'s "Whopper Virgins" ad campaign is the company's latest salvo in its long food fight with rival McDonald's (http://www.baltimoresun.com/topic/lifestyle-leisure/dining-drinking/mcdonalds-PLENT000009.topic). But it appears to have missed the mark.

Critics have heaped a supersize helping of scorn on the ads, suggesting it smacks of "corporate colonialism," "cultural bullying" and the worst kind of Ugly Americanism.

But the Whopper project has left a bad taste in the mouths of many who have seen it.

"While (Burger King) spent millions of dollars happily tracking down people with no 'hamburger awareness' the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (http://www.baltimoresun.com/topic/crime-law-justice/international-law/united-nations-ORCUL000009.topic) has to go begging because they can only get one-thirtieth of the money they need to rebuild the developing world's shattered food systems," said Food First, an advocacy group that fights hunger.

If you actually think Burger King went somewhere and found people who have never eaten a burger (not saying that is all that hard or anything) and actually had then take the Pepsi challenge with their burgers, you are a retard. This level of thinking is right on par with thinking the pieces of a Guess Who game actually talk.

For their next stunt BK should ask them if they like human rights.

People do that all the time, especially with medicine with the "4/5 Doctors like "X" product". It's inevitable really.

You can still request the U-gouge from subway if someone's been there for 10 years. It makes it taste so much better.

Also, I hate how subway is endorsed by "The doctors association of america" because they actually own subway.

What gets me about this Whopper Virgin thing is, how are they getting the fresh (as fresh as BK/MCD can be) burgers out to these remote locations?

I mean, are they cooking up this shit in a van a few moments before giving them to the Chinamen, or what? And if so, do they have "BK VAN" and "MCD VAN" side-by-side, or are they just like microwaving the Big Mac and handing them out?

Whatever, it's stupid and fake and stupid and retarded and stupid.

Before I read this, I really didn't care one way or the other about the commercials, but you're absolutely right. Fuck that shit. By giving starving people their burgers to prove they're good, BK is pretty much admitting their food sucks. I'm going to buy a Big Mac as soon as I sober up.

I just saw another one of these commercials. Screw Burger King. So some people in Greenland "chose" a whopper over a Big Mac. Who gives a flying fuck.

"Oh", I say to myself. "They chose a Whopper! By golly! Their palate must be identical to mine, therefore I will cart my fat ass over to BK to feast on a Whopper!"

These commercials make me mad.

So what do you guys think is the better burger? Between BK and McD that is. Im sure we all have some local burger joint that kicks both of their asses and we could argue all day about it. For me its hands down BK over McD. I would think it would be the same for everyone, seeing as Im not sure what McD serves is even meat, but you never know.

At least the Burger King advertising is interesting...they did the Whopper Freakout and now this.
By the way, they had the tasters taken to a location that was under 15 minutes away from both a mcdonalds and a burger king or that's what they said at least.

Also, a big chunk of the people preferred big macs, not more than the people that preferred whoppers but still.
Eh, at least its not PARA BOP BA BA, IM LOVING IT!
