wtf? how do you mistakenly serve that as kool-aid? sure it comes in FUN COLORS but its fucking THICK and STINKY and the container it was in probably said WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID DO NOT INGEST ;\

The article makes it sound like she thought it was kool-aid when she bought it from the store. How do you not notice that your children's fruit drink is in Automotive Supplies?

It's almost an inverted Darwin award: the recipient stays alive, but her stupidity kills others.

I don't know if stupidity is actually a necessary and sufficient condition for death. However, in this case I might be willing to make an exception.
