i will put you in the YES column then Dr. Boogie. you are assigned the task of providing something of nominal value in a nice light blue to whomever decides to bet against the avalanche of support i am building for CHENEY/PALIN2012!!
Palin is wild and unpredictable in the same way my retarded uncle that beat me over the head with an etch a sketch was, so it is possible that she may leave the cheneys in the dust. but i bet she WOULD go hunting with them, and i would vote for dick if he shot her in the face.

Democrats almost always go with the president at the time. A person that has lost the race for the presidential seat will almost never get chosen again for try number 2. Though I have no real expertise in the subject. I agree with Tadao that they will pick some new comers.

I'm sure Sarah Palin could get elected in the great united states of america just by being her cute self.
on the other hand i think that anybody who follows anythign about her would probably think she's a weirdo by this point, and also she's not really being portrayed nicely in the media (from what ive read at least and to be honest I haven't really read anything about her lately) so I would assume she's not going to run for president but I don't really know.

The fact she quit as governor will more than likely keep her off the ticket. However this is America. God only knows what we will do next. Im really quite surprised the President (in general not necessarily Obama) doesnt have his own reality show. Or at least his family.

Well that spoiler is true. That being said, if the R's had said (and more importantly done) that after W was elected, they wouldn't have to be screaming it now and most people who vote right wing wouldn't be denouncing the Republican party like they are doing now.
The same thing is starting to happen to the D if you think about it, but in a different way. Go too far left and the average D voter will get disgruntled too. I see it happening with people as we speak. People saying, "Hey I voted Obama and he still hasn't given this change he promised. All he is doing is throwing money at everything and not solving anything. Bush did that for 8 years and it didn't work." I could have told you that was coming, he's a politician. The easiest way to tell when a politician is lying is to look at their face. If their lips move, they are lying.
If the libertarians got their shit together they could be a real 3rd party option, but they are like some MMO guild that will take anyone to make their numbers grow so they have some real nut jobs in there hiding.
In the end W spent too much, and Obama is spending too much, and people on both sides are pissed at the whole broken system.

I thought spending money was how you got out of recessions, though :O
the simple fact is that bush spent money to spend money/shit/go to war and Obama is spending money to supposedly get the economy back on track.

People are retarded if they think "change" wasn't just a very good campaign slogan and actually thinks a member of one of the two political parties would actually change anything significantly for the better in govt
oh right this is about sarah palin
"The Palins directed their criticism at the prime time Fox cartoon, “Family Guy.” In Sunday’s episode, a teenaged female character with Down syndrome told another character that “my mom is the former governor of Alaska." lol
"The former Alaska governor said on her Facebook page that she was too angry to offer a coherent response (even with the notes on her hand) so she had her daughter, Bristol, release a full statement on the family’s behalf."
Tadao
Feb 16th, 2010, 11:17 PM
I just read about that, they totally got trolled and are too stupid to realize it. Their responses have been just like any gutless pussy.
"If the writers of a particularly pathetic cartoon show thought they were being clever in mocking my brother and my family yesterday, they failed," Bristol Palin added in the Monday posting. "All they proved is that they're heartless jerks."

I'm so sick of this bitch. It's sad that she's basically the face of the Republican party. She has done nothing whatsoever other than being folksy and easy on the eyes. The GOP needs to somehow make her go away for good as she has no business in getting anywhere near the White House.

I read some condensed passages of Palin's book. Most of it involved how the McCain campaign team wouldn't let her do anything or say anything. I heard her interviewed before anyone knew who she was and she has some sound economic ideas, but the media worked so hard to destroy her that nobody will ever take her seriously again. Hence why the R's are pushing this young senator so hard of late (I forget his name, I just know I have seen him all over the political news in the past 3 months), they are moving on to a new face of the R's when what both they and the D's should be doing is weeding out their problem people. In the case of the R's, get rid of the people who vote on spending too much, in the case of the D's, get rid of the socialists. They would be both better off if they did just that.

It didn't help either that the absurdly aggressive Lady moderator (Who was also Spoony's girlfiend) hated me for being "condecending" and "holier then thou". Whatever that meant. She seemed to have a few screws loose and was on a big power trip.
I hope when they are both poor and living in the same refrigerator box together I can walk by them in a fancy suit, eating a chilidog, while wiping my mouth with 100 dollar bills.
