Basically, people don't want to see underwear. Because it's offensive or something. And they're calling the authorities. Now, people that use clotheslines are stepping up and fighting back.

Must have been a huge party of people. There is a law, might be nation wide, that automatically inserts a tip when the table has a certain amount of people.
Dr. Boogie
Nov 20th, 2009, 03:14 PM
Yeah, I've been to a lot of restaurants that say they'll automatically add gratuity to large parties. They probably should've just called the manager aside and explained that the service was shit.
Tadao
Nov 20th, 2009, 03:25 PM
I did that once. I took the family out for Japanese. 150 dollar bill and the tip was added, but the waitress only checked our table once and we all needed more water. Not only that, she got our order wrong. The manager reduced the bill so that basically, the restaurant paid her tip.
First thing the bitch said was that she was great with large groups at a table.

I get 2 Corinthians 4:6, but what is N8:12? Numbers? That reads a little wierd in and of itself:
Then the Levites shall lay their hands on the heads of the bulls, and you shall offer the one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering to the LORD to make atonement for the Levites.
or perhaps Nehemiah:
And all the people went their way to eat and drink and to send portions and to make great rejoicing, because they had understood the words that were declared to them.
Funny thing, both quotations refer to the Levites.
So which is it? Sethomas? Anyone care?
EDIT: More likely JN refers to John 8:12 - this quotation is far more well-known.

6 witnesses are 6 witnesses though. And in federal court (if it gets that far) their 'good doing' will add to their power as witnesses when his lawyer questions them on the stand. Honestly though I doubt it will get that far. I think this "Helen" person's days working for AA are numbered. Especially if they lose a dozen customers to Delta's offer of instant gold status to those who were witnesses of her attitude.

Thing is, if she was serving the food (which she was) this was not pre flight. It was actually 45 minutes into the flight (http://consumerist.com/2009/12/asking-for-orange-juice-on-aa-may-violate-federal-law.html). So, by itself, that was not an unreasonable request. Maybe she didn't have drinks on the tray, if that was the case, a simple "the drinks are on another serving tray" would have been more than enough response.
